The history of Hotel Chariot
Hotel Chariot is located in a former historic school building in Aalsmeer. On May 7, 1999, Hotel Chariot opened its doors after a major renovation, during which the building was transformed into a hotel.
Extensive renovation in 2009
In 2009, the entire hotel was renovated and expanded to 41 hotel rooms. In addition, it features a restaurant bar where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, high tea, and dinner. Hotel Chariot and Restaurant Centennial also offer facilities for meetings.
Owner
The hotel owner, Mrs. Carmen Koster-Unger, is a true citizen of the world. She learned the tricks of the trade in her father’s hotel in Amsterdam-Zuid. After her studies, she went abroad. During this time, she visited many hotels of various classes. As a result, she knows exactly how to create the right hospitality and customer-friendliness for her guests.

Special services at Hotel Chariot
Our shuttle service operates 24 hours a day, on request, to and from Schiphol Airport.
The transfer from the hotel to the airport costs €26 per room. This is a discount of almost 40% compared to the regular taxi fare. If you arrive at Schiphol Airport, the pick-up service is included.

Parking during your stay is free of charge. If you would like to park for a longer period, we recommend booking a Park Sleep Fly package. Parking your car during your trip is then also free of charge, including the use of the shuttle bus.
At Hotel Chariot, we understand that charging your car can sometimes be a hassle. That is why we offer electric vehicle charging stations at our hotel, exclusively for our guests. With our charging stations, you can conveniently charge your car while staying with us. Practical and easy.
